Zuwera Zankawah, BSc, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University for Development Studies. She is currently a Master of Public Health candidate at the University of Ghana. Her master’s thesis examines the school food retail environment and dietary practices of adolescents in selected Junior High Schools within the La Nkwantanang-Madina Municipality of Ghana. Zuwera’s research interests include adolescent health and nutrition, food environment and non-communicable diseases.
