1st Africa Food Environment Research Network (FERN) Meeting

The Food Environment Research Network (FERN) Meeting is offering limited number of travel bursaries to support Africa-based participants to attend its 1st Annual meeting to be held in Accra, Ghana. The travel bursary is to support travel and subsistence. All applicable expenses incurred by applicant shall be reimbursed within two weeks upon submission of invoices/receipts.
Travel Bursary Overview
Bursary eligibility
To be eligible for the travel bursary, you must be based in Africa with demonstrated interests in food environment research in low- and middle-income countries. In addition, you must have an accepted abstract to be presented at the FERN Meeting.
Application Assessment
A Travel Bursary Committee shall assess applications received and make its decision based on information provided by applicants.
Bursaries Available
Up to 10 travel bursaries are available
Application Closing Date
Applications must be received by June 30th 2020.
